About this file

This is an event notice document related to a sole source contract award by the Montana Board of Crime Control to The Ad Council, Inc. for the production and implementation of a Gun Safety Public Service Announcement (PSA). The project involves the development and dissemination of public awareness materials focused on gun safety education and prevention. The contract represents the State's intention to engage The Ad Council as the sole provider for this initiative due to their specialized expertise and capabilities in public service advertising campaigns.

The procurement follows the sole source contracting method, indicating that The Ad Council has been identified as the only qualified vendor capable of meeting the specific requirements for this gun safety PSA campaign. The contract will leverage The Ad Council's established infrastructure, creative resources, and distribution networks to maximize the reach and impact of the messaging across Montana. No specific pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, or funding amounts are detailed in this event notice, as it represents an announcement of the State's intent to pursue this sole source arrangement rather than a final contract award document.
