USDA policy implementing referred to in paragraph (a) of the clause is at USDA Department Manual 4620-002, USDA Departmental Regulation 4620-002. Fingerprint check results are estimated to be received within 10 calendar days once the Contractor provides all the required documentation and the NRCS submits it to the OPM.
