The proposed plan shall be prepared by an American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) certified company and shall be submitted at the pre-work meeting. The traffic control plan and all signs shall be in compliance with the most current Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The Contracting Officer (CO) shall approve the traffic control plan in writing before any work begins.
