Text version

1. Will the new shed require a new electrical service? (Pole, Meter & Main Disconnect).

The Eagle Pass Equipment Shed will need to be connected to an existing pole, meter, and main disconnect that sits 120 feet from building site.

2. Can we use Concrete Boards for the skirting of the building and stucco over?

The plans refer to beige colored 24 gauge R-Panel galvanized tin from top to bottom on all sides of building with brown trim. No concrete skirting or stucco on walls. The 8ft skirting refers to concrete floor ramping from ground level up to building floor edge for equipment to drive in and out. Please refer to sketches.

No structural stamped engineer drawing required for approval. An approving official will be on site inspecting as the project moves along.
