Q. Can you provide a specific model or part number for the Exploris 480 LC-MS?

Q. The SOW states:
Must be installed and configured for an Exploris 480 mass spectrometer by a certified Thermo Scientific Field Service Engineer. Does this mean that a certified Thermo Fisher Scientific Field Engineer must come to the PoP to install the part on the Exploris 480?
A. Yes, the dry pump must be installed and configured for the existing Exploris 480 system by a certified Thermo Fisher Service Engineer. The quote must include the service visit for the installation.
Q. Are you looking for a stand-alone noise enclosure or a bench that includes a noise enclosure?
A. A bench is not needed.
Q. If you are looking for a bench, will you be installing just the MS or will you have an LC next to it?
