Answer 7: That is correct.
Question 8: On page 10 of SOW, it calls for “all fencing will be topped with three rows of barbed wire fencing.” Please confirm this is only for the fencing/gate at the access gate and not at field 8100.
Answer 8: This is confirmed.
Question 9: On the north side of field 8100 (the 722’ side), there is an existing fence. Is this to be used for this project or is a new fence to be installed next to it?
Answer 9: New fencing is to be installed.
Question 10: If the existing fence on the north side of field 8100 is to be used instead of installing a new fence, will the existing gate be reused also?
Answer 10: New Fencing, new gate.
Question 11: In SOW page 7, it states, “line posts maybe treated lumber with a min dimension of 4”x4”.” Will 5” diameter treated lumber posts be acceptable in lieu of 4” square?
Answer 11: Yes, as a no-cost contractor option.
Question 12: On the west side of fence at field 8100, should we assume that the fence will be approximately 10 feet from the road so that removal of brush is not necessary? It appears that if the fence is 15-20 feet from the road it will interfere with the existing brush and removal of it would be necessary.
Answer 12: A minimum of 5 feet from the road on the west side of field 8100 is acceptable.
