About this file

This document is an Attachment B - Price Proposal Sheet for an Investment Manager Services solicitation issued by the City of Riviera Beach, Utility Special District (USD), and Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA). The solicitation (No. 1203-RFP-25-4) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide investment management services, with all proposed prices required to remain valid for 120 days after the proposal opening. Proposers must complete the entire cost proposal sheet, with specific instructions that leaving spaces blank or marking fields as "N/A" will result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive and disqualified from consideration.

The pricing structure requires proposers to provide a comprehensive fee schedule that itemizes all potential fees, including advisory fees (as a percentage of assets), investment manager fees, investment revenue share, directed brokerage, soft dollar fees, conversion fees, asset transfer fees, and miscellaneous expenses. The fee schedule is specifically designed to break down costs based on assets under management, with tiered pricing for different asset levels: first $25 million, next $25 million, next $50 million, and over $100 million. The document emphasizes that if a "0" (zero) is entered in any field, that amount will be considered the total compensation for that line item if the agreement is awarded.
