Tax records are available online at the Potter Randall Appraisal District website—www.prad.org. Prior to submitting a bid, vendors are encouraged to visit the Potter Randall Appraisal District website, set up a portfolio of their accounts, and make their own initial determination of the status of their tax accounts.
