Company Profile

Native Environmental is a full-service environmental contacting firm. Our company specializes in asbestos and lead abatement, mold remediation and high-pressure hydro-blasting services.

Having abatement services as the core focus of our business, allows us to concentrate on the safest and most efficient methods in which to provide them.

Our company was established in January of 2001 out of a need for healthy competition in the local industry, and with a core philosophy of providing reliable, high quality environmental services and solutions that are catered specifically to the individual needs of our clients.

As one of the oldest abatement contractors in Arizona, we have built a team of experienced and knowledgeable professionals, while continuing to support an environment of continuous learning and new ideas. We use the experience gained from previously projects to assess, while approaching each new project individually, allowing us the freedom to customize new solutions for our clients’ needs. Our knowledge of operational needs and understanding of regulatory management requirements enables us to provide a proactive approach to environmental contracting solutions and results.

Native Environmental is a Limited Liability Corporation. Ownership of our company is split between two original owners, both born and raised in Arizona. We strongly emphasize the importance of communication within the culture of our firm, and we believe that this starts at the top.

Native is incorporated in Arizona and is located at: 2435 E. University Drive in Phoenix, Arizona. We are centrally located and have no satellite offices.

Company Experience

Native is highly skilled at meeting the needs of all ADOT Asbestos, Lead and Mold Abatement

Services contract items. Our firm currently provides abatement and remediation services for numerous state agencies, school districts and general contractors. We have developed an excellent working relationship with all of our clients and regulatory agencies.

Our firm has been serving clients in Business Markets within the State of Arizona since 2006.

The majority of our projects are performed via the existing State Contract. We have established client relationships with multiple agencies across Arizona and perform projects ranging from under $1000 to over $1 million. Native has built a versatile arsenal of specialized equipment and rolling stock over the years enabling us to quickly respond to the needs of our clients.

Native was designed from conception to specialize in the abatement needs of schools and state agencies. Our ability to respond and mobilize quickly has proven incredibly valuable to the many districts and agencies we service across the State of Arizona. Our team is able to provide emergency services, as well as meet the environmental abatement needs of these clients within the time constraints allotted during breaks and recesses. Native has spent many years fine tuning our mobilization processes, giving our clients not only the best services, but also a rapid response time. We have crews readily available to meet our clients’ needs 24/7.

One of the most advantageous aspects of working with Native is the use of our hydro blasting services. These services include a new 40K PSI hydro blaster, two 800 gallon commercial grade vacuums, and a skilled team of professionals that specialize in high pressure water abatement.

As the only abatement contractor offering these services, we are able to provide an extremely efficient, emission and chemical-free, fully self-contained and cost-effective solution to removing asbestos containing mastics and lead-contained striping. This technology has many benefits over traditional methods of removal. Hydro blasting can produce 5000 square feet of abatement with a two man crew each day without the use of chemical remover. Traditional methods produce roughly 2000 square feet of removal per day utilizing a ten-man crew.

Traditional method also requires an average one gallon of chemical remover per 75 square feet equaling 27 gallons per day. Chemical removers leave an odor and residue that many times makes the floor resistant to new surface materials. Water blasting leaves no chemical odor or residue, and restores the surface to its original profile. Recoating can be done immediately, making this application the most cost effective and environment friendly method for mastic abatement. In addition to traditional applications like mastic and lead paint removal, our clients have utilized these services for pool resurfacing preparation and tennis court removal. Our hydro blasting division provides a cost-saving, chemical –free alternative to our clients that is unique to our firm.
