The contract is for a 38-month term from May 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028, with an estimated dollar amount of $226,000.00. The solicitation was posted on 4/1/2025, with the last day for receipt of information set for 4/22/2025 at 2:00 p.m. (ET).
The single-source procurement is justified by iManagement Consulting LLC's proprietary development of WittyAI, a customized AI chatbot designed to integrate with the DFS website and provide tailored responses to public inquiries. The vendor will provide software licensing, maintenance, support, end-user training, documentation, and configuration, as well as manage associated cloud services including AWS, Pinecone, and OpenAI. The services will be billed at utilization rates set by each service provider, with WittyAI invoicing the Department for the exact amount charged by each service provider. The document indicates that iManagement Consulting LLC is the sole provider of this customized WittyAI solution.
