• Update Statement of Work included in CN14.

Leveraging CCN14, Price Table 4: Rates for additional Services and Larger Projects, the following additional scope is added to the Statement of Work included in CCN14.

Summary This Contract Change Notice updates SH1/SH2 to align with SIGMA’s Agile Operations and set defined (increased) storage for the State’s SH1 and SH2 environments to allow for a minimum of three years of Production Data. Change to include Four environment refreshes data per year (Two for each environment). Benefits of the added storage include:

• Updates SH1 to be defined as Production Support Environment for break/fix support during the periods that Production and MA1 are not on the same Feature Set.

• Updates SH2 to be defined as Configuration, Tailoring, and Feature Exploration Environment.

• Storage to account for three years of Production Data for testing with additional CGI funded storage included to cover full production volume until a viable archiving solution is implemented.

• Refresh SH1 and SH2 twice per year to ensure data in SH1 and SH2 remains current for more accurate testing and streamlined agile operations.

Scope of Work Effective with this change notice defined SH1/ SH2 environment storage, annual data refreshes in SH1/SH2, and one time batch changes for SH1 are added and are covered by Flex Team/Supplemental services outlined in Attachment 3 and will be invoiced in accordance with the Compensation and Payment Schedule below.

Storage Increase SH1/SH2 storage to account for three years of Production Data as well as the total storage needs until an archiving solution is in place. CGI is responsible for the storage needs in excess of three years of Production Data.

• One-time SH1 Cycle changes.

o SH1- Add/update Mini Cycles to match SH2 including inbound schedule, daily schedule (with VSS Sync), and the nightly cycle without DA/ETL.

o SH1- Add Payroll Cycles (Day two and Day three)

Additional Information

• CGI will cover storage for additional years (PRD minus 3 years) until archiving solution is delivered and successfully tested in the SH1 and SH2 environments.

• After archiving processes are tested and implemented, storage in SH1 and SH2 will be reduced.

• No CPU and Memory Changes (POD heap limits will not be increased)

• No scaling of physical environment including Job Managers will be completed.

• Current Job Manager architecture allows jobs to run single threaded. Multi-threading jobs will not be supported.

• Disaster Recovery and Transparency Portal are not included.

• InfoAdvantage - Info installation will be removed from SH1 (credit included in price).

• Concurrent users in the applications will be limited to the State’s core SIGMA team.

Version 2021-1 17 of 24

• The State’s intent is to test with minimal transaction volume in SH1 and SH2.

Though it is not the State’s intention, where volume is needed in the cycle which causes the cycles to run long, Standard 4 online availability considerations may be needed.

• Concurrent processing to include multiple batch jobs and multiple online users executing testing in the systems at the same time could impact online user performance.

• This change covers storage increases and does not include hardware changes.

• Though it is not the State’s intent to run volume through SH2, volume in SH2 could cause the single threaded ETL to run long. As such, a long running SH2 ETL that is the result of higher than expected testing volume will be added as an exception for Standard 4 reporting.

Schedule

• Ongoing semi-annual refreshes for SH1 and SH2 will be coordinated within the

Annual Technology Plan and Agile Operations calendar. These are anticipated to occur in February and July/early August; the steady state/stabilization periods defined in the Agile Operations calendar following each program increment.

• Coordination of SH1/SH2 refreshes to be completed by Steady State teams and completed during the business week.

COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT

Payments for increased storage ($127,568.57) and operations ($48,320, $87,200 excluding Operations specific refresh labor $38,880) 2025 will be prorated and invoiced based upon the time remaining in the fiscal year after completion and validation of the first set of data refreshes. The State’s validation will be completed within 5 business days of the completion of the refreshes.

• Monthly Storage Rate- $10,631

• Monthly Operations Rate (excluding Operations Refresh labor) - $4,027

$37,120 for Batch Set-up work will be invoiced upon completion of that work.

Beyond 2025, the ongoing annual fees will increase the annual MSA invoices payable October 1 annually in the following amounts:
