About this file

This document is a state and local contract indefinite delivery vehicle for lift trucks, specifically issued by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). The contract is awarded to Valley Industrial Trucks, featuring Bobcat and Doosan branded lift trucks across four distinct equipment categories: Electric, Light Duty Diesel, Medium Duty Diesel, and Heavy Duty Diesel lift trucks.

The contract provides detailed pricing for new lift trucks, with base unit prices ranging from $37,753 for an electric 4,000 lb capacity truck to $72,480 for a heavy-duty 12,000 lb capacity diesel truck. Extensive options are available for each category, including alternative tire types, mast configurations, fork lengths, additional equipment like roof covers, and engine modifications. The contract allows for monthly inventory updates, includes provisions for both new and used equipment, and offers comprehensive warranty and service coverage. Notably, there are no specified or guaranteed purchase quantities, providing flexibility for ODOT in equipment procurement.
