Trash Compactor Replacement – Addendum 1
This is an addendum document issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for the Trash Compactor Replacement procurement opportunity. The addendum modifies or clarifies the original solicitation terms for qualified vendors seeking to provide trash compactor replacement services. The original solicitation was posted on January 26, 2026, with proposals originally due on February 17, 2026. The specific details regarding products, project scope, quantities, site visits, or bidders' conferences are not detailed within this addendum document alone and would be contained in the primary solicitation materials. Any revisions to response dates, contract terms, or project specifications introduced by this addendum should be reviewed in conjunction with the original Request for Proposals to ensure compliance with all current requirements.
Without access to the specific contents of the addendum, pricing structures, set-aside designations, incumbent vendor information, funding sources, and other salient contractual modifications cannot be definitively identified. Interested bidders must review this addendum in full coordination with all original solicitation documents to understand any amendments to evaluation criteria, technical specifications, budget allocations, eligibility requirements, or other material terms governing this procurement. Any disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) requirements, minority or women-owned business preferences, and contract duration details would be clarified within the complete procurement package.
