The undersigned fully understands and agrees that the unit prices here submitted shall apply to the quantity actually used, regardless of their relation to the quantities shown in the Bid Schedule.
It is understood herein that after the date and hour set for the opening of the bids, the undersigned may not withdraw its Proposal, unless the award of the Contract is delayed for a period exceeding forty-five (45) consecutive calendar days after the bid opening date.

The Bidder understands that in the event of Contract award, the successful Bidder shall employ only Contractors and Subcontractors duly licensed by the State of Washington.

The parties acknowledge that damages resulting as a consequence of delay in completion of the Project are not ascertainable with precision at this time; therefore the undersigned further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum of Seven Hundred Four Dollars and Zero Cents ($704.00) each and every working day that the Project remains incomplete, which amount represents a reasonable forecast of just compensation for the damages occasioned by a delay in completion.
