The IDV is strategically designed to streamline procurement processes for state and local government agencies, educational institutions, and other eligible organizations seeking efficient document management and imaging solutions.

STAR IMAGING serves as the prime contractor for this IDV, which is administered by the Virginia Community College Shared Services Center. The contract is valid from May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026, covering the entire Commonwealth of Virginia. While specific contract value details are not provided, this appears to be a fixed-price or unit-rate indefinite delivery contract that allows multiple agencies to access standardized imaging services through a pre-negotiated agreement. The contract's structure facilitates rapid, cost-effective procurement of imaging services without requiring individual agencies to conduct separate competitive solicitations.
