About this contract

The Washington Statewide Contract 08215 is an Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) for Information Technology Professional Services (ITPS) designed to provide state purchasers with a streamlined method of procuring specialized IT services. The contract encompasses multiple service categories including geographic information system (GIS) services, access management, PC application design, data standardization, and database information retrieval. Through this contract, service providers can be added to notification lists within WEBS, the state's solicitation system, enabling agencies to competitively solicit proposals for their specific IT business needs.

The IDV is awarded to Sophus IT Solutions by the Washington Department of Enterprise Services, with a performance period from February 1, 2016, to February 1, 2029. As a statewide contract, it covers the entire state of Washington and requires purchasers to conduct competitive solicitations when utilizing the contract. Notable changes include the planned closure of certain categories (4-7) and their integration into new specialized IT contracts. Purchasers are advised to consult with labor relations representatives and adhere to collective bargaining requirements when using this contract, with existing work orders remaining valid until their specific term completion.
