Description
This Master Agreement is between Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. and Volusia County Health Department, located at 1845 Holsonback Dr. Daytona Beach, FL. Services will be provided at the following additional locations: 775 Harley Strickland Blvd., Orange City, FL ; 717 W. Canal Street, New Smyrna Beach, FL ; 421 South Keech St, Daytona Beach, FL. This Master Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions for which SCSS shall provide services.

Due to its proprietary nature, Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. is the sole provider of the employee and visitor badging system, security system hardware and software, as well as nonoperational monitoring services.
