Elevate Florida construction vendor who will be performing one of a variety of tasks designated per property throughout the state of Florida.

The Florida Elevate Florida Residential Mitigation Program Master Agreement is a statewide contract designed to establish a pool of qualified contractors for comprehensive residential construction and mitigation services. Under this indefinite delivery vehicle, contractors can perform critical residential resilience projects including structural elevation, mitigation reconstruction, acquisition-demolition, and wind retrofit services across all 67 Florida counties. The contract enables turnkey solutions that encompass property assessment, engineering, permitting, construction, and project documentation, with the primary goal of enhancing residential structures' resilience against natural hazards.

Arkitektura Development, Inc. is the identified prime contractor for this Master Agreement, which is administered by the Executive Office of the Governor and the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM). The contract is effective from execution date through December 31, 2027, operating as a multiple-award indefinite delivery vehicle with no guaranteed service quantity. Contractors will be selected based on comprehensive evaluation scores, with requirements including background checks, MyFloridaMarketPlace registration, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory guidelines. While the contract itself has no predetermined monetary value, individual task orders will be compensated through milestone-based payments tailored to specific project types and service regions.
