Covered services encompass site reconnaissance and field measurements, drilling and boring operations, well installation and abandonment, sample collection and laboratory analysis, soil source removal, petroleum storage tank removal and disposal, debris and waste removal, in-situ injection treatments, remedial action construction, system operation and maintenance, resurfacing, equipment rental, technical reporting, and professional engineering and geology services. Compensation is structured on a combination of fixed-price pay items, fee schedules, and cost-reimbursement bases with a six percent handling fee on reimbursable items, organized across 21 service categories to support the cleanup and closure of approximately 10,000 confirmed contaminated sites throughout Florida.
