Petro ATC-statewide

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Master Agreement GC177 provides a statewide Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) for Petroleum Contamination Site Response Action Services. This comprehensive contract enables procurement of critical environmental remediation services, including site assessment, well installation, soil removal, laboratory analysis, and remediation system operations. The IDV is designed to support comprehensive environmental management efforts across Florida, offering a structured approach to addressing petroleum contamination through a flexible, task-based service delivery model.

The master agreement is awarded to Groundwater & Environmental Services, with a contract period from August 22, 2025, to August 22, 2030. As a Master Agreement structured as an Agency Term Contract (ATC), the IDV covers statewide operations within Florida and utilizes a compensation model based on fixed unit rates and cost reimbursement. The contract allows for potential renewal for an additional five-year term at the DEP's discretion, providing long-term continuity for petroleum site response and remediation services. While specific total contract value was not disclosed, the IDV is structured to accommodate multiple work assignments with negotiated annual rates that account for varying project complexities and service requirements.
