Petro ATC-statewide

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Master Agreement GC176 provides comprehensive petroleum contamination site response action services statewide. This Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) enables environmental remediation contractors to perform critical tasks including site assessment, remedial options design, remedial action implementation, well abandonment, site restoration, and site closure. The contract covers a broad range of environmental protection services specifically aligned with Florida Administrative Code chapters 62-160, 62-532, 62-777, and 62-780, focusing on systematic petroleum storage system and contamination management.

The master agreement is awarded to multiple prime contractors, including Universal Solutions, Inc. and Stearns, Conrad and Schmidt Consulting Engineers (SCS Engineers), with a contract period from August 22, 2025, to August 22, 2030. It is structured as a state-wide Agency Term Contract (ATC) with task assignments issued through purchase orders and no guaranteed minimum work volume. Compensation is determined on a fixed unit rate and cost reimbursement basis, with annual pricing adjustments. The contract allows for task-specific environmental remediation services across Florida, providing flexibility for addressing petroleum contamination scenarios through a pre-qualified contractor pool.
