Petro ATC-statewide

The Florida Master Agreement GC171 is an Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) for Petroleum Contamination Site Response Action Services, designed to provide comprehensive environmental remediation support across the state. This master contract enables the procurement of critical environmental consulting services, including site assessment, remedial options design, remedial action implementation, and site restoration for petroleum-contaminated locations. The IDV establishes a standardized framework for addressing environmental contamination through a structured, task-based approach that allows for flexible and targeted environmental restoration efforts.

The master agreement is awarded to Advanced Environmental Technolo and administered by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, with a contract performance period from August 22, 2025, to August 22, 2030. As a Master Agreement contract type, it covers statewide operations within Florida and allows for task-specific assignments through Task Assignment Notifications. While the exact total contract value is not explicitly detailed, the IDV is structured with fixed unit rates and cost reimbursement mechanisms, providing a comprehensive mechanism for environmental response services that can be leveraged by state agencies and authorized stakeholders throughout Florida's Petroleum Restoration Program.
