Emergency standby contract to source qualified incident management team personnel when local/state resources are exhausted.

The Florida State Emergency Management Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) is a master agreement designed to provide emergency standby contract services for sourcing qualified incident management team (IMT) personnel when local and state resources are exhausted. The contract enables the deployment of Type 1, Type 2, and Type 3 Incident Management Teams in short and long-term configurations, supporting emergency response operations across Florida. Qualified personnel must be trained in NIMS ICS positions and capable of managing incidents ranging from 200 to over 500 personnel, with the ability to respond when standard jurisdictional emergency resources are depleted.

The master agreement is awarded to Longview Solutions Group, LLC and was established by the Executive Office of the Governor with an initial contract period from December 5, 2023, to December 5, 2026. This contract is a master agreement type, specifically focused on emergency management support within the State of Florida. While the total contract value is not explicitly stated, the agreement includes provisions for hourly pricing that encompasses travel, lodging, and per diem expenses. The Division of Emergency Management retains the flexibility to increase or decrease deployed personnel based on specific incident requirements, providing a scalable emergency response solution for the state.
