Emergency response contract for Emergency Medical Personnel.

The Florida Master Agreement D0084 is an Emergency Response Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) focused on providing comprehensive medical personnel services during public health emergencies and critical events. The contract enables the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) to rapidly procure temporary medical professionals across multiple disciplines, including nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, physicians, radiology, respiratory therapy, and skilled nursing unit staffing. Key capabilities include the ability to mobilize medical personnel within 12-24 hours and achieve full staffing within 96 hours of notice, with flexible deployment to support emergency response needs across the state.

The IDV is awarded to Alpha 1 Staffing/Search Firm LLC through a competitive solicitation (RFP-DEM-21-22-013) by the Executive Office of the Governor, with an initial contract period from May 27, 2022, to May 27, 2025. As a master agreement, the contract includes provisions for up to three one-year renewal options and operates on a task order basis with no guaranteed service quantity. Billing is structured hourly and includes travel, lodging, and per diem expenses. The contract covers the entire state of Florida and allows for immediate demobilization by FDEM, with performance monitoring and potential financial consequences for unsatisfactory service delivery.
