Other contractual service

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Master Agreement BDV84 is an Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) focused on providing district-wide title search and surveying services for Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. The contract enables procurement of comprehensive title-related services, including complete title search reports, ownership searches, easement reports, specific purpose reports, and e-title reports. These services are designed to support the department's right-of-way and land acquisition processes, with work to be performed on an as-needed basis through individual Letters of Authorization (LOAs).

The master agreement was originally awarded to Paramount Title Services, Inc. on April 24, 2013, with an initial contract period from March 12, 2013, to March 11, 2016. The contract type is a Master Agreement with a total budgetary ceiling of $36,006.00, and individual LOAs have been issued with authorized amounts ranging from $10,000 to $60,000. The contract covers services specifically within Florida's state boundaries, particularly focusing on FDOT District Six, and allows for task-based work assignments based on departmental needs and budget availability. Subsequent amendments and additional contractors like ETM Surveying & Mapping, Inc. indicate the flexible nature of this state and local contract IDV.
