The Florida Department of Transportation Master Agreement ARV94 is a specialized Indefinite Delivery Vehicle focused on utilities and traffic signal maintenance services. The IDV enables procurement of comprehensive traffic infrastructure support, including maintenance, installation, and emergency preparedness for traffic signals, pedestrian beacons, emergency warning devices, and uninterruptible power supplies. Key services encompass intersection signal maintenance, operational readiness, equipment repair, and pre-event emergency generator installation for transportation infrastructure.

The master agreement was awarded to American Lighting and Signalization, with a performance period from July 1, 2015, to June 30, 2017, covering the state of Florida. As a Master Agreement contract type, it provides a flexible procurement mechanism for transportation-related infrastructure maintenance and emergency preparedness. While specific total contract value is not explicitly stated, the agreement includes provisions for compensation based on unit rates per intersection and allows for annual adjustments tied to the Consumer Price Index. The contract's scope extends across multiple FDOT districts, with a particular focus on District 4, and includes provisions for supplemental agreements and emergency response capabilities.
