The Arizona Department of Education's Master Agreement CTR078233 is an Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) focused on providing virtual collaborative team leadership services for Project Momentum, specifically targeting educational and training services. The contract covers vocational training, alternative educational systems, and specialized educational services, with a primary emphasis on supporting teachers in schools receiving SSIG-Project Momentum grants. Contractors will lead weekly virtual collaborative meetings, develop meeting agendas, provide coaching, monitor teacher participation, and submit monthly reports across designated subject and grade levels (3-10).

The master agreement was awarded to multiple contractors, with Amber Strang identified as a prime contractor, effective from August 20, 2025, to August 19, 2026, with potential extensions up to five years. The contract is a firm fixed-price, indefinite quantity type, covering the state of Arizona, and involving 31 individual contractors and consulting entities. While specific total contract value is not disclosed, individual virtual team pricing is noted at $10,400.00. The procurement was conducted under Arizona Revised Statutes and Administrative Code, with a competitive sealed proposal process that evaluated vendors on qualifications, ability to satisfy scope of work, and overall responsiveness to the Project Momentum educational support requirements.
