Data Management Services

The Arizona Department of Administration's Master Agreement CTR078100 establishes a comprehensive Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) for Data Management Services, covering four primary service categories: Data Management and Governance, Data Solution Consulting, Data Science and Business Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI Consulting. This statewide and cooperative contract enables Arizona state agencies, universities, commissions, boards, and cooperative purchasing members to access flexible, on-demand data technology services across multiple technological domains, including consulting, architecture, support, and development.

Incept Data Solutions Incorporated was awarded this master agreement, which is effective from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2028, with potential for two one-year extensions. The contract is structured as a non-guaranteed spending vehicle, allowing agencies to procure services on an as-needed basis with pricing based on minimum discounts off manufacturer's list prices. Geographically centered in Arizona, the IDV covers a wide range of data-related professional services, with hourly rates for staff classifications including Subject Matter Experts, Project Managers, Project Management Team Members, and Support Staff, providing a flexible procurement mechanism for advanced data technology solutions.
