Data Management Services

The Arizona Master Agreement CTR078085 is a comprehensive Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) for Data Management Services, offering state agencies and cooperative purchasing members access to advanced technological consulting solutions. The contract covers four primary service categories: Data Management and Governance, Data Solution Consulting, Data Science and Business Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI Consulting. Agencies can procure specialized consulting services across these domains, enabling flexible and targeted technology support for complex data-driven initiatives. The IDV allows for competitive task order issuance and requires providers to deliver qualified personnel with relevant certifications and public sector consulting experience.

Deloitte Consulting LLP is the prime contractor for this master agreement, awarded by the Arizona Department of Administration with an initial contract period from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2028. The contract includes up to two one-year extension options and provides statewide coverage for Arizona government entities, including departments, agencies, universities, commissions, and boards. While no minimum spending is guaranteed, the IDV is designed as an as-needed procurement vehicle with standardized hourly rates ranging from $180 to $280 per hour, depending on staff classification. The contract's multi-vendor approach allows for comprehensive technology consulting services across various expertise levels and technological domains.
