Data Management Services

The Arizona Department of Administration's Master Agreement CTR078083 is a comprehensive Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) for data management and technology services. The contract enables Arizona state agencies, departments, universities, commissions, boards, and cooperative purchasing participants to procure services across four primary categories: (1) Data Management and Governance, (2) Data Solution Consulting, Architecture, Support and Development, (3) Data Science, Business Intelligence, Analytics Consulting, Architecture, Support and Development, and (4) Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI Technologies Consulting, Architecture, Support and Development. This flexible contract allows individual agencies to issue specific orders for data-related services with the ability to negotiate specific requirements and pricing for each project.

Contexture, a Denver-based health information organization, is the prime contractor for this master agreement, which was awarded by the Arizona Department of Administration's State Procurement Office. The contract has an initial three-year term from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2028, with potential for two one-year extensions. The IDV covers the state of Arizona and operates as a master agreement contract type, offering pricing based on minimum discounts off manufacturer's list prices. While the contract does not guarantee specific spending commitments, it provides a pre-negotiated mechanism for agencies to access a wide range of data management and technology consulting services through a competitive, multi-vendor procurement approach.
