Parenting Time Services (PTS)

The Arizona Department of Child Safety Master Agreement CTR077263 is an Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) for Parenting Time Services, designed to provide supervised visitation and child-parent interaction management across Arizona. The contract enables the procurement of comprehensive parenting time support services, including scheduling supervised visits, coordinating parent-child interactions, maintaining detailed documentation, and ensuring safe and monitored visitation environments. Services encompass a range of activities such as visit scheduling, transportation coordination, case management, and adherence to strict safety and communication protocols for families involved with child welfare services.

The master agreement is awarded to Michael Noyd of All About Kids, a Mesa-based organization with 17 years of experience in child safety services. The contract covers the entire state of Arizona and is effective from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2027, with a capacity to initially handle 90-100 cases and plans to expand to 100-125 referrals by the end of 2025. As a master agreement, the contract allows for flexible service delivery across Maricopa County and potentially other Arizona counties, with a structured approach to staffing, training, and service implementation. The contract type is structured as a master agreement, enabling the Arizona Department of Child Safety to efficiently procure parenting time services as needed throughout the specified performance period.
