Parenting Time Services (PTS)

The Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) Master Agreement CTR077259 is a comprehensive Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) for Parenting Time Services, designed to facilitate supervised visitation and support for children in out-of-home care. The contract enables providers to deliver critical services including scheduling parent-child interactions, transportation assistance, detailed documentation, and active collaboration with DCS caseworkers. Specifically, the IDV allows for the provision of supervised visits across five distinct Arizona service regions: Northwest, Northeast, Maricopa East, Maricopa West, and South Region, with an initial capacity to handle 48 referrals and a planned expansion to 96 referrals by the end of 2025.

The master agreement is awarded to Happy Home Living LLC, a small business based in Gilbert, Arizona, with the contract period running from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2027. The contract covers statewide services within Arizona and is structured as a Master Agreement with the Arizona Department of Child Safety as the contracting organization. Happy Home Living LLC will provide services with six full-time equivalent staff members, operating Monday through Sunday from 7am to 6pm, and maintaining flexibility to serve clients during holidays. While specific contract value details are not provided, the agreement includes comprehensive insurance coverage, with liability policies ranging from $1,000,000 to $3,000,000 across various categories, ensuring robust protection for service delivery.
