Project Momentum District Coaches

The Arizona Department of Education Master Agreement CTR076558 is an Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) focused on providing specialized educational services and vocational training support. Specifically designed for Project Momentum, this master agreement enables the procurement of District Coach services to support local educational agencies (LEAs) through intensive school improvement initiatives. The contract covers a range of educational consulting services categorized under UNSPSC codes for vocational training, alternative educational systems, and specialized educational services, with a primary goal of enhancing academic outcomes through targeted coaching and strategic implementation support.

The master agreement is awarded to J. Becker Consulting, LLC and will be executed by the Arizona Department of Education from June 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026. As a master agreement contract type, it provides a firm fixed-price, indefinite quantity framework for engaging individual contractors as District Coaches across Arizona. The contract supports the state's Project Momentum Arizona GEARS Framework, with potential compensation for coaches ranging from $20,000 to $45,000 per school year, depending on experience level and coaching assignment complexity. Coaches must possess a master's degree, demonstrate leadership experience, and complete mandated Project Momentum training modules to qualify for participation in this state-level educational improvement initiative.
