Utilizing UNSPSC codes spanning environmental services, protection, management, decontamination, and toxic waste cleanup, this IDV enables state agencies to procure specialized environmental technology and consulting services across multiple technical domains.

Environmental Technology Inc. (EN TECH) serves as the prime contractor for this master agreement, which is administered by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ). The contract was originally awarded on July 1, 2022, with multiple extensions now extending the performance period through June 30, 2026. The IDV is a multiple-award contract that allows task order competitions among selected vendors, with a comprehensive evaluation process that scored contractors across experience, approach, and cost criteria. While specific contract value details are not provided, the agreement covers statewide Arizona environmental services and includes provisions for approved subcontractors such as Apex Forensics, CalClean, Aquatics Consulting, and Western Underground Locating.
