Services will be procured through Tier-Two Statements of Work with fixed-price arrangements based on predefined hourly rates.
Hollingsworth Consulting LLC has been awarded the prime contract, with a five-year performance period from March 11, 2025, to March 10, 2030, and two potential one-year renewal options. The contract covers the State of Michigan and is administered by the Department of Technology, Management and Budget. Established hourly rates include $218.89 for Executive Consultant/Facilitator, $177.95 for Executive Project Manager, and $172.65 for Data Scientist. While the initial estimated contract value is $0.00, the IDV provides extended purchasing options for MiDEAL members, allowing flexible engagement of consulting services across various governmental and nonprofit sectors.
