About this contract
The Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) has established an Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) for Operational Consulting Services through a prequalification program. This contract enables state agencies and MiDEAL members to access specialized consulting services, including developing project plans, stakeholder consultation, performance metrics development, process improvement recommendations, and project risk identification. The IDV allows for flexible engagement of consulting expertise across various operational domains, with a structured rate card featuring tiered pricing for different consultant levels.
ReEngine Consulting, LLC, a Texas-based consulting firm, has been awarded the prime contract (Notice of Contract 250000000425) for a five-year term from March 11, 2025, to March 10, 2030, with options for two additional one-year renewals. The contract is a hybrid model covering the State of Michigan, with individual state agencies and MiDEAL members able to issue Tier-Two Statements of Work (SOWs) through a competitive selection process. The contract includes an administrative fee of 1% on all payments, with initial rate card pricing of $255 for Partner/Master Practitioner, $210 for Senior Consultant, and $16.75 for Administrative Staff. The initial estimated contract value is $0.00, indicating a potentially expansive but demand-driven utilization model.
