Jacob Ryan, candidate, ROA

Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University awarded a contract to Enterprise Rent-A-Car on September 16, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $107.00. The prime contractor, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, was selected to provide vehicle rental services to support the university's operational requirements. The contract appears to be performance-based for a single rental instance, with delivery instructions directed to Boyd Samantha at contact number (540) 231-7887.

The contract includes one line item for vehicle rental services valued at $107.67 per unit. While specific details regarding contract duration, renewal options, and extended performance periods are not provided in the available documentation, the award represents Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University's procurement action for fleet support services. The nominal contract value suggests this may represent an initial or supplementary procurement action rather than a comprehensive vehicle rental agreement. Further documentation would be necessary to confirm the full scope of services, performance timeline, and any renewal or extension provisions associated with this award.
