Fisher Scientific LLC has been awarded a contract by Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with an effective date of October 7, 2026. The contract, identified as A208_P4853175, carries a cumulative value of $92. As the prime contractor, Fisher Scientific LLC will deliver products and/or services to support the operations of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, a public higher education institution located in Virginia.

The specific products or services to be provided under this contract cannot be reasonably determined from the available contract documentation. The contract award materials do not include detailed scope-of-work descriptions, places of performance, or period-of-performance dates beyond the award date. Additional contract documentation would be required to provide substantive detail regarding the nature of deliverables, performance locations, and contract duration. Given the minimal contract value of $92, this award likely represents either a nominal purchase order, a data entry record, or a administrative action rather than a full-scope service delivery contract.
