Usage for Black Images and 2 more items

Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University awarded contract A208_P4822199 to Virginia Business Systems on August 7, 2026. The contract encompasses image usage services with a cumulative value of $140. The deliveries are directed to Carolyn McConnell at a Virginia location (540) 772-7524. The contract includes three distinct line items: current period coverage services priced at $80.60, black image usage priced at $5.41, and color image usage priced at $54.60, each representing one unit.

This agreement reflects a procurement by Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University for specialized image usage services, with Virginia Business Systems serving as the prime contractor. The disaggregated pricing structure across image types and current period coverage suggests the contract may support printing, digital asset management, or media production requirements for the institution. The relatively modest contract value and line item structure indicate this may represent either a limited-scope engagement or a single transaction within a broader service relationship.
