Q-SYS Core scaling License for the MEC Expansion Simulation Lab associated with the Virtual Hospital…

Northern Virginia Community College has awarded a purchase order (PO05496253) to Inter Technologies Corporation for the provision of Q-SYS Core scaling licenses. This contract, dated October 12, 2026, is valued at $1,117.50 and pertains to equipment and licensing support for the Medical Education Collaboration (MEC) Expansion Simulation Lab in support of the Virtual Hospital initiative. The deliverable consists of 1,117 units of Q-SYS Core scaling licenses, priced at $1.00 per unit, with delivery directed to Pablo Penades.

The contract represents a procurement by Northern Virginia Community College, an institution located in Virginia, for technology infrastructure supporting its medical education and simulation capabilities. As a purchase order rather than a formal long-term contract, the agreement does not specify a distinct performance period beyond the award date. The relatively modest cumulative value reflects the unit-based pricing structure of the software licensing arrangement, which appears designed to support the college's expansion of its virtual medical training environment.
