Confirming PO for purchase of Metals supplies. Do not duplicate order. Items received on Invoice… and 1 more item

Rio Grande Inc has been awarded a contract by James Madison University to provide metals supplies and related shipping services. The award, issued on October 5, 2026, encompasses two line items: the purchase of metals supplies valued at $100.65 and shipping services valued at $7.99, for a total contract value of $108.00. The materials were received by the university on September 24, 2026, as documented under Invoice #97013610, with delivery directed to Tavia Brown at James Madison University in Virginia.

This confirming purchase order represents a transaction for industrial materials and logistics support required by the institution. The contract is classified as a Virginia state and local award with James Madison University serving as the contracting organization. The low cumulative value and dual line-item structure indicate this is a routine procurement for operational supplies rather than a capital or multi-year engagement.
