Confirming PO for purchase of Ceramics supplies. Do not duplicate order. Items received on Invoice… and 1 more item

James Madison University issued purchase order PO05490101 to Clayworks Supplies Inc on October 5, 2026, in the amount of $103.00. The award covers the procurement of ceramics supplies and associated shipping services. The contract represents a confirming purchase order for items received on Invoice #73012 dated September 23, 2026, and delivered to Jon McMillan. The line items consist of ceramics supplies valued at $85.00 and shipping costs of $18.42.

This Virginia-based contract award is classified as a single purchase order transaction with no ongoing performance period specified. Clayworks Supplies Inc served as the prime contractor fulfilling the material supply requirements for James Madison University's ceramics program or operations. The relatively modest contract value and confirming purchase order language indicate this represents a standard operational procurement rather than a multi-year or blanket purchase arrangement.
