Confirming PO for purchase of SC Shop supplies. Do not duplicate order. Items received on Order… and 1 more item

James Madison University in Virginia awarded a purchase order (PO05489286) to Blackstone Industries LLC on October 5, 2026, for the supply and delivery of Shop supplies. The cumulative contract value totals $346.62, comprising two line items: $336.64 for the supplies themselves and $9.98 for shipping charges. The order confirms receipt of items previously procured under Order #169881, dated September 22, 2026, and is designated as a non-duplicative confirming purchase order to prevent redundant processing.

Delivery of the supplies is directed to Danny Harrison at the university's Shop facilities in Virginia. The contract represents a routine procurement transaction for routine maintenance and operational supplies necessary for the university's shop operations. As a confirming purchase order, this award memorializes an existing obligation and does not represent a new, ongoing service contract or multi-year commitment.
