Old Dominion University in Virginia awarded a contract to Steam Pro VA on October 5, 2026, with a cumulative value of $2,262.00. The contract encompasses specialized cleaning and biohazard remediation services at the Mitchum Basketball Performance Center, specifically targeting the men's locker room facilities. Services include emergency same-day after-hours response, comprehensive tile and grout cleaning with biohazard treatment, vinyl and fabric chair sanitization across eleven units, and commercial carpet cleaning with pre- and post-treatment chemical application. All deliverables are directed to Amanda Cox.

The contract line items reflect targeted facility restoration efforts, with individual service costs ranging from $23 to $1,250 per unit. The biohazard chemical treatment requirement across multiple line items indicates this engagement addresses specialized sanitation protocols beyond standard commercial cleaning. No specific period of performance is documented beyond the award date, and no annual or base contract value is specified in the contract documentation.
