United Rentals North America Inc. has been awarded a contract by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) under contract identification number PO05487434. The award was executed on October 1, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $4,967.77. The contract represents a procurement for equipment rental services, which aligns with United Rentals' core business of providing temporary equipment solutions to government and commercial entities.

The specific products and services to be delivered, places of performance, and detailed period of performance cannot be determined from the information provided in the contract award documentation. To obtain complete details regarding the scope of work, performance locations, contract duration, and the specific equipment or rental categories included under this procurement, additional documentation such as the purchase order, statement of work, or technical specifications would be required. The modest cumulative value suggests this procurement may represent either a single rental transaction or a short-term equipment lease arrangement supporting VDOT operations.
