Confirming order in eVa for 1 Gold Rush Diploma to be mailed by vendor. Order will be placed…

James Madison University, located in Virginia, awarded contract PO05485307 to Paradigm, Inc. on September 30, 2026, for the procurement of academic regalia. The contract covers one Gold Rush Diploma to be delivered to Donna Hansen. The total contract value is fifty-eight dollars ($58.00), representing a confirming purchase order processed through Virginia's eVa procurement system. Payment will be rendered via check from the institution's Accounts Payable department, as the vendor does not accept credit card payments.

The order was initiated by Alice Dunn and specifically notes that no duplicate orders should be placed. As this constitutes a single line item transaction with an effective award date of September 30, 2026, the period of performance is limited to the fulfillment and delivery of the diploma product. Paradigm, Inc. is responsible for mailing the diploma directly to the designated recipient. This transaction represents a routine, low-value institutional purchase processed through Virginia's established procurement channels.
