James Madison University awarded a contract to New England Flag and Banner on September 28, 2026, for the procurement of a custom NCAA-branded flag. The contract, identified as PO05482751, was executed in Virginia and carries a cumulative value of $525. The primary deliverable consists of a single 4' x 6' nylon flag featuring single/reverse appliquéd (sewn) NCAA logo design, finished with standard heading and grommets, corresponding to Sales Order 30421.

The contract line items total $525, comprising $495 for the flag itself and $30 for shipping to Melissa May at James Madison University. As a Virginia state and local contract award, this procurement represents a routine purchase of promotional or institutional signage. The contract does not specify an annual value or extended period of performance, indicating this is likely a one-time purchase order rather than an ongoing service agreement.
