The Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation awarded contract PO05472464 to Rorrer Well Drilling Inc on September 17, 2026. The contract encompasses a single line item valued at $396.88, with a cumulative contract value of $396. The deliverable involves well maintenance services, specifically the inspection and cleaning of a clogged meter on a water line system serving Lydia Graham. The work identified that one of two meters on the line was obstructed with iron deposits; however, cleaning the meter did not result in a change in water flow rate.

The contract documents indicate that the affected water line contains dual metering capability, with one meter reading 15 gallons per minute and the other reading 60 gallons per minute. The service was delivered under the auspices of the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation, though the specific county and detailed period of performance are not specified in the available contract documentation. The contract represents a discrete maintenance action rather than an ongoing service arrangement, with the work completed as a single unit deliverable.
