Aug 25, 2026 DBVI Forum 8:30-9:00 and 2 more items

Virginia's Department of Blind and Vision Impaired (DBVI) awarded contract PO05470949 to Elaine Hernandez with an effective award date of September 16, 2026. The contract encompasses three distinct service components with a cumulative value of $378. The line items include attendance and facilitation services for a DBVI Forum scheduled for August 25, 2026 (valued at $126 for two units), participation in a meeting with HKNC on August 26, 2026 (valued at $63 for one unit), and travel services on August 26, 2026 (valued at $189 for three units). Each service unit is priced at $63.

The contract represents a short-duration engagement focused on professional services and travel support associated with DBVI organizational meetings and inter-agency coordination activities. The performance period spans from August 25 through August 26, 2026. Elaine Hernandez, as the prime contractor, is responsible for delivering these time-specific services related to forum participation, stakeholder meetings, and associated travel requirements. The modest contract value and compressed timeline suggest this represents a limited-scope procurement for specialized meeting support services.
