The Commonwealth of Virginia, Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services, awarded contract PO05470044 to IB Interpreting LLC on September 15, 2026, with a cumulative contract value of $375. The contract was delivered to Dionca Coleman and involved interpreting services performed by interpreter Janine Dover on August 19, 2026, as documented under invoice number 7201. The contract encompasses two distinct service components: four hours of interpreting services at a unit rate of $80 per hour, and one hour of portal drive time at a unit rate of $55 per hour.

The performance period for this contract is limited to the service date of August 19, 2026.
